Sons of Allen
Men’s Fellowship of the African Methodist Episcopal Church
In 1084, the African Methodist Episcopal Church created the Sons of Allen Men’s Fellowship to foster closer relationships between men of the church, to equip men of the church for meaningful service, to reach unchurched men, and to present positive role models for our youth.
The Sons of Allen has grown into an important connectional movement. We urge the entire church to revisit and recommit to the important ministry of the Sons of Allen to meet challenges facing African American men in the present by promoting and supporting the Sons of Allen at every level of the connection.
We are excited and energized by the possibilities and potential of the Sons of Allen ministry and solicit the prayers of the entire church that the Lord will bless our efforts.
